Before transitioning to full-time consulting, Dr. Goswami practiced as a rheumatologist and internist across outpatient, inpatient, and telemedicine settings. Her background includes medical education, complex case review with multidisciplinary specialities, and quality assurance, giving her a broad perspective on both individual patient care and system-level evaluation. This combination of clinical and analytical experience allows her to translate complex medical findings into concise, well-supported medical opinions.

Dr. Goswami received her undergraduate degree in Microbiology and Cell Science from the University of Florida and her Doctor of Medicine from Florida State University College of Medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at Brookwood Baptist Health in Birmingham, Alabama, followed by a Rheumatology fellowship at Indiana University School of Medicine.
