Dr. Darshika Goswami is a board-certified internist and rheumatologist who consults with personal injury and workers’ compensation attorneys on complex medical issues. She provides independent, evidence-based analysis of medical records to clarify diagnosis, causation, functional loss, and future care.

Before transitioning to full-time consulting, Dr. Goswami practiced in outpatient, inpatient, and telemedicine settings. She collaborated regularly with other medical and surgical specialties, an experience that informs her multidisciplinary approach to file review. Her background includes medical education, complex case review with multidisciplinary specialties, and quality assurance, giving her a broad perspective on both individual patient care and system-level evaluation.

She received her undergraduate degree in Microbiology and Cell Science from the University of Florida and her MD from Florida State University.
