Dr. Darshika Goswami is a board-certified internist and rheumatologist who consults with personal injury and workers' compensation attorneys, with a practice focused exclusively on pre-litigation and pre-trial review. Rheumatology encompasses arthritis, connective tissue disorders, and autoimmune conditions, some of the most contested and misunderstood diagnoses in personal injury litigation. Internal medicine brings expertise in cardiovascular disease, pulmonary conditions, and chronic disease management. Together, these specialties cover a wide range of complex medical questions that arise in PI cases.

Before transitioning to consulting, Dr. Goswami practiced across outpatient, inpatient, and telemedicine settings, collaborating routinely with medical and surgical specialists on complex, multisystem cases. She remains an active clinician, currently volunteering at a free community health clinic, which keeps her clinical instincts sharp and her perspective grounded in current, real-world care. Giving back to the community is not separate from her consulting work. It reflects the same commitment to getting the medicine right. Dr. Goswami received her undergraduate degree in Microbiology and Cell Science from the University of Florida and her MD from Florida State University College of Medicine. She completed her internal medicine residency at Brookwood Baptist Health in Birmingham, Alabama, followed by a rheumatology fellowship at Indiana University School of Medicine.
